This professional development (PD) course introduces strategies for self-regulation and co-regulation to support current and future education professionals in different educational settings. Through this course, you will gain a foundational understanding of the science behind inclusive and accessible practices that facilitate mindful regulation, emotional balance, presence, and connection—both personally and within our classrooms or communities. We will explore practical tools such as breath awareness, mindful movement, body-based grounding techniques, and simple frameworks for understanding the nervous system. These evidence-based practices can help cultivate and sustain intentional regulation practice. This course examine how integrating mindful regulation into daily routines can foster a culture of care and enhance the overall learning experience and well-being.
